Ken and Debbi Lee purchased Lee Agencies in 1993 in Fredericktown, Missouri. Having worked in the insurance industry since the mid-1970’s, they were excited to begin the adventure of owning an agency. Prior to owning an agency, they each worked in property and casualty, along with life and health. Their main goal as an agency is to meet the needs of their clients and to treat their clients the way they would like to be treated if they were to face the same situation. Never are there two scenarios that are exactly the same, making the business both challenging and very rewarding. Lee Agencies values honesty above all, even if being transparent with their potential clients will cost them the sale. That rarely happens, though, as clients of Lee Agencies choose them for their integrity and ethical conduct, often stating, “as long as you are the agent, place my business anywhere you deem best!”
