Please note, there is no grace period and your policy will cancel if your premium is not paid by close of business on date due.
Should payment be returned for any reason, policy coverage will be declared null and void.

If your policy has lapsed within the last 60 days, you can request for reinstatement. If reinstatement of the policy has been approved by the company, the outstanding premium and a $20 reinstatement fee will be owed.
